PENTAX is a new compact digital camera, the PowerShot S1 with a unique, precious stone finish. The new S1 is an ultra-lightweight body and is in a distinctive polished chrome or black or green. The 14-megapixel S1 sports a 28mm wide-angle lens, 5x optical zoom, a 2.7-inch LCD screen. It features sensor-shift PENTAX Shake Reduction (SR) system, Pentax Auto Picture mode, fast Face Recognition, Smile Capture, and High Dynamic Range (HDR) mode. The Optio S1 is capable of 720p HD video recording. It supports SD / SDHC memory cards and SDXC. Pentax new camera is now available for pre-order for $ 199.95.
